活動內容

🧘‍♀️Aerial Yoga Class

✨Children and adults are welcome to enroll. Parent-child participation is encouraged, and beginners are also invited.

✅ Integration of suspension and traditional yoga for a new exercise experience

✅ Strengthening of core muscles, posture correction, and balance improvement

✅ Enhanced flexibility, stress relief, and overall wellness

✅ Small-class instruction with progress tailored to each participant’s individual level, guided by professional instructors to ensure safety and quality

✅ One-on-ones are available

⚠️Participants with bone or spinal injuries, pregnancy, recent surgical recovery, or other medical concerns must inform the studio and consult with the instructor before attending classes.
