Hourly service — not task-based. Work stops when the booked time ends, so please reserve sufficient hours. If you have high cleaning expectations, book extra time.

預約前必讀! 取消或改期措施

互相尊重,臨時取消或改期,請將心比心,避免對方困擾,請確認後再行預約。

1.付款成功後取消/異動日期，需酌收「消費總金額的20%」之手績費(扣除總時數20%)。
2.服務日前三日異動／取消服務者，需酌收該次「消費總金額的35%」之手續費用(扣除總時數35%)。
3.服務開始前一日18:00後/或當日取消服務或改期者，酌收總金額之100%服務費(扣除總時數100%)。

Cancellation/Changes Policy:

1. Canceling or rescheduling after payment incurs a 20% fee.
2. Changes made within 3 days of the service date incur a 35% fee.
3. Changes made after 6:00 p.m. the day before, or on the service day, incur a 100% fee.

額外收費(加急費、臨時、距離) Extra charge

1. 三天內到府服務，額外加收加急費每小時+25
2. 當天不提供臨時加時數，因考量後續工作安排。
3. 單程超過三公里，依照距離加收通勤車馬費。

2026以下日期為過年加價

1/1-1/15 額外加每小時+50
1/16-1/31 額外加每小時+100
2/1-2/14 額外加每小時+150
2/22-2/26 額外加每小時+100
2/27 恢復原價

Services booked within 3 days: +$25/hr rush fee. No same-day extra hours allowed. Travel over 3 km: added transportation fee.

Lunar New Year (from 2026):

1/1–1/15: +$50/hr
1/16–1/31: +$100/hr
2/1–2/14: +$150/hr
2/22–2/26: +100/hr
start from 2/27: Regular price rate

居家打掃 Housekeeping Fee

基本外出時數：4小時起。
➡️單次清潔：585/時
➡️每週清潔(至少一次)：535＊4小時＊12次（預繳三個月）
➡️2025清潔時數套組: 32小時$17600
➡️2026清潔時數套組: 32小時$18000
半年內使用完畢,過年期間不適用,可扣除時數、補價差使用。

營業場所、裝潢後清潔

每小時600，依照髒亂現況、坪數、乾淨要求度，預估時數。(以這邊估計為主，客戶預計時數會有落差)。

✨＜裝潢後清潔＞✨
每小時650，依照裝潢程度、照片現況、坪數、乾淨要求度，預估時數。(以這邊估計為主，客戶預計時數會有落差)。
當天租借專業粉塵吸塵器+800(綁定清潔服務，由清潔人員操作)

哪類型清潔，請誠實告知 What type of cleaning?：

到達現場發現勾選不符合，將立即加收費用，不同意加價並當日取消清潔將全額收取已支付費用不予退還。

禁止客戶私下僱用條款 Prohibition of Private Employment by Cl

客戶明確瞭解並同意：在服務期間及終止後三年內，不得以任何形式（包括但不限於直接或透過第三人）與本公司所派遣之工作人員私下洽談或成交清潔等相關服務。根據民法第184條及雙方合約，若未經本公司同意而私下成交，將視為違反誠信原則並侵害本公司權益，須支付違約金新臺幣5,000元，以補償損失。

The Client shall not hire or engage with the Company’s cleaning staff, directly or indirectly, during the service period and for three (3) years after. Unauthorized arrangements will incur a NT$5,000 penalty.
