2026 近聚國際藝術節 — 杜安．佛瑞斯特 《夢想之樹》 — OPENTIX兩廳院文化生活
無邊界的想像，近距離的能量
第一屆近聚國際藝術節（UP CLOSE International Arts Festival）由 A.M. Playhouse 與新生一號劇團 x 思劇場共同策展，致力於把世界各地不同的演出帶到眼前，拉近舞台與觀眾之間的距離，讓所有人聚在一起，體驗表演藝術最直接與真實的魅力。
本屆策展理念由_「無邊界、近距離」_出發，匯集來自世界各地的演出團體，其中多曾登上愛丁堡藝穗節與澳洲阿德萊德藝穗節舞台。節目類型橫跨馬戲、音樂、劇場與喜劇等領域，透過多元而貼近人心的表演形式，展現當代表演藝術的豐富樣貌與創作能量。
Tree of Dreams《夢想之樹》
「一場令人驚嘆的想像力與藝術的盛宴」
《夢想之樹》為連續多年風靡愛丁堡藝穗節的靈魂歌手 Duane Forrest 杜安．佛瑞斯特2025年最新創作，為結合音樂與敘事的沉浸式戲劇體驗，其靈感來源於《小王子》、《煉金術士》以及《野獸國》，講述一個孩子在公共住宅中成長的故事，面對恐懼、未來，並學會擁抱自我成長。作品融合了音樂、敘事與電影般的視覺效果，帶領觀眾展開一段關於夢想、恐懼、未來與自我探索的難忘旅程。
Tree of Dreams is an immersive theatrical experience combining music and live projection. Inspired by The Little Prince, The Alchemist and Where the Wild Things Are, this show follows a child navigating life in government housing, confronting fears, the future and embracing growth. They meet powerful creatures representing the forces that shape us. Created by the makers of Fringe sell-out shows Book of Dew and Bob Marley: How Reggae Changed the World, this production blends object storytelling, cinematic visuals and music to create an unforgettable journey into dreams, fear, the future and self-discovery.
🔹演出者介紹｜
Duane Forrest ，創作歌手與多媒體藝術家，來自加拿大多倫多。過去十年發行兩張完整專輯，並在加拿大、歐洲及中美洲廣泛巡演，他的音樂也曾在加拿大、德國、宏都拉斯、冰島、義大利、尼加拉瓜及美國等國家獲得國際廣播播放，並曾於2024.8月於高雄衛武營進行演出。
Duane 的跨領域作品融合了音樂、敘事與視覺藝術。他的首部劇場作品《Climb》，與同名專輯一同創作，在愛丁堡藝穗節（2019、2022）獲得高度好評，並在 2023 年米蘭藝穗節榮獲「最佳節目」亞軍。音樂劇作品《Bob Marley: How Reggae Changed the World》獲得 Broadway Baby 五星評價，並在 2024 年愛丁堡藝穗節演出全場售罄，同時榮獲渥太華藝穗節「評審之選」、多倫多藝穗節「觀眾之選」，並在 2025 年珀斯及阿德萊德藝穗節連續獲得「每週最佳音樂秀」獎項。2025 《Tree of Dreams》實驗場即獲得Binge Fringe四星評價：「Duane的掌控力堪稱大師級，他的吉他撥弦如同心跳般脈動，他的歌聲則喚起人們跨越時空的記憶。」
Duane Forrest is a Toronto-based singer-songwriter and multimedia artist. Over the past decade, he has released two full-length albums and toured extensively across Canada, Europe, and Central America, with his music receiving international radio play in countries including Canada, Germany, Honduras, Iceland, Italy, Nicaragua, and the U.S.
Duane’s interdisciplinary work blends music, storytelling, and visuals. His debut theatrical show Climb, created alongside an album of the same name, received glowing reviews at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (2019, 2022) and was named runner-up for “Show of the Festival” at the 2023 Milan Fringe. His recent music-theatre piece Bob Marley: How Reggae Changed the World earned a 5-star review from Broadway Baby and sold out at the 2024 Edinburgh Fringe, winning “Jury’s Choice” at the Ottawa Fringe Festival, won “Patron’s Pick” at the Toronto Fringe Festival and winning weekly “Best Music Show” awards at the 2025 Perth and Adelaide Fringe Festivals.

近年工作與各類型團隊和創作者多有合作，作品類型橫跨音樂、舞蹈、戲劇、馬戲、傳統戲曲等領域。 Yu-Pi Chen has collaborated extensively with a diverse range of ensembles and creative practitioners across disciplines in recent years. His artistic practice encompasses a broad spectrum of genres, including music, dance, theatre, circus arts, and traditional opera, reflecting a sustained commitment to interdisciplinary exploration and collaboration.
